Job OverviewThe Compensation lead role is part of the Milestone Human Resources team primarily responsible for administering, maintaining, and in some cases, designing and managing compensation policy, programs and procedures designed to continuously improve Milestone's talent acquisition and retention capabilities worldwide. The position serves as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders on fundamental compensation analysis, comparative talent market assessments, wage and hour employment law compliance.To be successful in this role, significant experience with data management and reporting, comfort performing moderately complex analytics in Excel, highly confident attention to detail, general ability to work in a high stress global environment, influencing stakeholders skills, and navigating ambiguity are critically important.How You Will Make An Impact
