Key Business activities include back office and middle office operations related to securities, derivatives, futures, options, currencies (fx) and commodities. Key functions include Trade Processing & settlement, Inventory Management, Cash Management, Asset Services, Collateral Management, Reconciliation, and Client & Product Data.As part of GDRO with Global Markets Operations, this function is responsible for liaising with various parties (upstream and downstream functions) to identify, investigate and remediate data quality (agreement and client reference data). This involves Analysis type activity along with the remediation of data attributes associated with the duplicates/data issues. Follows synchronize approach to data governance and establish data ownership. Deliberate risk-based approach to remediation, involve in the project plan and assist the Leads in execution remediation plan.*The RDM Data Quality team will be responsible for identifying, investigate and remediate data quality issues with respect to Client/Counterparty reference, static account and product data. Individual will be responsible for Analysis activity along with the remediation of data attributes associated with the duplicates/data issues. The team would be responsible for adding and maintaining static data activities for GDRO. This includes adding and updating client and account details, entity data reference management and other static data amendment activities to support the Analysis type activity.Responsibilities*

  • Understanding of Reference data in global markets domain, end to end onboarding and offboarding function and trade life cycle.
  • Capability to review, analyze and study data to make inferences, understand trend and determine logical solution.
  • Basic Project management skills is required as the member will be working on projects and special assignments.
  • Ability to work in dynamic, demanding and challenging environment, meets defined SLA and accuracy consistently. Must have a team player perspective & be able to communicate confidently and clearly.
  • Ability to create and implement process document, create process maps and related procedural document by applying subject matter expertise.
  • Effectively address the business issues - Generate new opportunities that will help them stay ahead in the future.
  • Works with accuracy and have eye for detail.
  • Collaborate with global teams, business partners and stakeholders to drive common objective.
  • Excellent organizational skills are required with the ability to prioritise workload, work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • To be flexible in their attitude and approach; have a strong desire to learn from day-to-day scenarios.
  • Good Communication skills (spoken and written English)
  • Able to work in a fast paced and busy environment (high volume with tight turnaround times)
Requirements*
  • Education* : B.Com, Preferably Masters in Business Administration (MBA) - Finance
  • Certifications If Any will be added advantage
  • Experience Range* : 5 to 8 Years
  • Foundational skills* :
  • Advanced excel skills is required, additional technical knowledge will be preferred
  • SQL, VBA, Tableau etc
  • Should be flexible to work in night shifts
  • Desired skills* : Good communication skills
