We meet sustainable development issues and clientsxe2x80x99 expectations.The Water Infrastructure team is responsible for various Design, Construction Management & Supervision and Project Management Unit (PMU) services for various clients across India.We have successfully completed the Detailed Engineering Design for Infrastructure Utilities Services using a state-of-art BIM platform where all the utilities were designed using a 3D platform to achieve the most economic, sustainable, and clash-free network design. The latest example of these types of projects comprises the Activation Area at Dholera Special Investment Region and Sector A at Bidkin Industrial Area. xe2x80x8bCurrently we are bidding for Urban Planning projects across India. The position of Team Leader is a Key Position for the Project. Missions/Main Duties:

• Coordinate with government bodies, urban development agencies, and local authorities.
• Oversee daily project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Develop zoning regulations, land use plans, and infrastructure proposals.
• Integrate sustainable urban planning principles into project design.
• Ensure compliance with national and state urban planning policies and guidelines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior planners and team members.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Ensure that urban planning outputs meet legal, regulatory, and environmental standards.
• Review designs, reports, and plans to ensure quality and compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and quality checks during all project phases.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain thorough documentation of the planning process, decisions, and revisions.
• Ensure that all project records are organized and easily accessible for future reference.

Profile/Skills:B. Arch / B. Plan / B. Tech /M.A. (Geography /Economics / Sociology) with
Masters in Planning(or equivalent qualification)Minimum 15 years post qualification experience as mentioned above in Master
Planning / Urban planning /Urban Design / Transport Planning / Regional Planning /Infrastructure PlanningMust have worked at least 6 months at the position of team leader in at least two
