- Job Title: Team Leader (Civil/Environmental Engineering)
- Main Responsibilities: Managing and delivering various UK schemes, developing and applying advanced engineering concepts, providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring projects are delivered to budget and technical standards, internal client liaison, financial control of projects, recruitment, business development, promoting the iCRC, providing staff/team development, managing technical issues and risks, contributing to efficiency and waste removal, supervising and directing team members, and assisting the discipline head with periodic reports.
- Key Skills: Experience in Drainage Engineering & Design, Development Infrastructure Design, Residential Design, Design of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS), Hydraulic Design and Modelling, Preparation of Development Drainage Strategies, knowledge of drainage design software such as MicroDrainage Windes, good English communication skills, ability to generate new solutions to problems.
- Desired Skills: Knowledge of UK design codes and legislation, flexibility to work on non-drainage highways design, design of UK domestic drainage schemes and external works, Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status, ability to lead teams, experience of resource and project management, Construction Management.
- Qualifications: Master of Science or Bachelor\'s degree in Civil / Environmental Engineering, at least 12 years\' experience of working with infrastructure projects and detail design of highways and drainage, civil engineering hydraulic experience, experience working with other cultures.
- Experience: 12 to 15 years in related field.
