Team Leader - DAD SalesDesignation : Assistant ManagerRoles And Responsibilities : - Continuing to maintain an average lead size of 30 per user.- Completed account opening, Saathi, and Drishti training.- Manage 2 mentors. - Achieve the Business KRA for Agent Productivity.- Train team members on opening, closing, and objection-handling abilities.- Drive knowledge sessions to ensure 100% coverage.- Conducting daily call audits.- Making 5 mock calls per day.- Generate leads based on user referrals.Skill Requirements :- Good communication skills.- Knowledge of broking & operations knowledge.- Knowledge of trading applications, MS Office, etcQualifications :- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a team leader.- Expertise in broking and team handling.- Age under 35 years. - Languages : Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi, and English. - Bachelor\'s degree in finance or a related field.
