Job Summary:
The Investor Services Department is responsible for the assigned monthly reporting, remitting, and reconciling for investors. This includes functions related to loan transfers, advance analysis and timely and accurate completion of assigned special projects.

Team Leads are responsible for a) entire gambit of people management b) many aspects of process managements that includes workflow coordination, quality reviews, providing root cause analysis on exceptions and solutions to problems and c) initiate and drive process improvement projects

Job Functions:

• Ensuring that reports and remittances are sent out timely and accurately to investors
• Ensures clearing reconciling items within 90 days from the point of identification or earlier based on investor guidelines either through settlement process or escalations
• Manages all aspects of team members\xe2\x80\x99 performance including coaching and mentoring
• Plans, conducts/co-ordinates training on process and professional development
• Applies Lean Sigma framework including performing root cause analysis of processes and its exceptions to improve quality and productivity
• Effectively collaborate with all stakeholders to drive results set for the team and organization
• Approached work systematically and with project management framework
