What you\'ll do
Manage daily payment operations for Gameskraft, including but not limited to Add Cash, and Withdrawal.
Ensuring round-the-clock monitoring, reporting, and closures on a timely basis to ensure minimum impact on business.
Bring an outside-in view to further improve the payment product and continuously improve the payment experience.
Help Product and Tech teams debottleneck any dependency from Gateways, Banks and other third party teams.
Work closely with other cross functional teams to help address escalations.
Maintain relationships with Payment Gateways, Banks, other service providers and work on continuous development areas.
At least 4 years of experience working in the payment operations domain including 1+ years of team leading experience.
Highly ownership driven approach and pay attention to details, should have data-driven approach and take decisions independently.
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritise tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
Ownership with a clear bias for action. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and ensuring timely closure of tasks.
Highlight improvements areas with team to improve the overall customer experience.
