Possesses in-depth understanding (end to end) on the product / process
Possesses good knowledge of end-end card transaction cycle .
Having good knowledge on basic norms / regulations of VISA/Master Card franchise.
Having in-depth understanding of Franchise Reports and Interchange settlement procedure.
Able to perform rule based technical work involving acceptable deviations and exceptions
Ability to perform the Settlement accounting and remitting funds to Franchise in accordance with the department\xe2\x80\x99s operating procedure and should be able identify the exceptions if any
Able to identify, understand and articulate the requirements of the products from customer point of view & how it will benefit them
To keep in mind the customer\'s expectations with reference to conversion of transactions to EMI
Process Management
Able to identify opportunities to automate repetitive logic based manual activities.
Ability to review the processes which involve routine processing with a specific set of inputs and suggest methods of automation in the TP system
Perform independent activities concurrently
To ensure all settlement & remittance entries are initiated within agreed timelines & country SLA.
Monitoring of all settlement related GLs and timely clearance of the outstanding items .
Ability to analyse the daily trend in the FX while preparing the settlement entries and should be able to highlight to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
Give inputs from ground level after understanding the big picture
Supports and involves in change management plans in achieving mutual objectives to manage change.
