Manage all aspect of project life cycle from pre-sale proposal support, Engineering, and site support as per the scope.
He/ She will be reporting to the Engineering Manager.
Must be able to work independently and handle technical tasks and activity on OT Network, DMZ design, Virtualization, Cybersecurity services as well as any 3rd party interfaces as applicable in the projects.
This may include travel for short- or long-term work assignments within India or overseas for customer meetings, project training and site support.
Organizes and schedules job tasks with her/his team.
Provides leadership to the assigned team & Drive Productivity.
Manage team in terms of people development and issue resolution.
Manage Global stakeholders including the regional solution teams or Global Program Managers.Educational Qualifications / Work Experience:BE/B Tech in Instrumentation & Control / Electrical / Electronics Engineering is required.
Overall, 12-18 years of experience with minimum 5 years on Network & Cybersecurity Design.
Requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and written/verbal communication & leadership skills.
Should have experience in complete Project Life Cycle delivery.
Should have managed Global stakeholders / regional offices and engage with RA Clients remotely or at site.
