The Warehouse Operations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the warehouse operations team. This role ensures that all warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, inventory management, and shipping, are carried out efficiently and accurately. The Warehouse Operations Team Lead plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, optimizing workflows, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and productivity.Note: 3PL Experience ( Mandatory)RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Team Leadership and Supervision
- Warehouse Operations Management:
- Inventory Control
- Quality Assurance
- Safety and Compliance
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Continuous Improvement
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
- Degree in logistics & supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
