Team Lead Claim Admin Location: Vadodara, Gujarat Experience: Minimum 5 Years of experience into US/ EU based BPO / KPO & Data Entry/Processing with 2 years as Team leader Education Requirement: Minimum Education should be a Graduate & Six Sigma (Green belt) Certification Job role: A Claims Admin Team Leader oversees a group of employees (Associate-I, II and Senior Associate), control and motivates them to do their job efficiently. Maintain inter and intra relationship between the teams (India and US) along with all functions (MIS/Quality team / QSF and other operational functions). He is responsible to set the goal for the team, grooming and development of the team and to evaluate the performance. The team lead\'s role is important to focus on continuous process improvement. Responsibilities/KRAs: \' Team performance management reviewing various reports like COSEC, QC and productivity dashboards. \' Review MIS, trackers; check the quality feedback, sharing the updates with the team. \' Making sure process SOPs are updated till date and the team members are aware of all the process changes. \' Display the project management skills and bring out best productivity from an individual. \' Maintain Team\'s Avg. Quality @ 99.99%. Conduct regular one on one meeting, skip Level meeting Feedback. Maintain a record of Team\'s Training Hours & documentation at all point in time. \' Develop the individual for next level. \' Co-ordinate with in house team and able to conduct Training/Coaching session for the team. \' Conducting Employee Engagement activities for the team building and employee empowerment. \' Resolving the queries of team and co-ordination with US Team on Calls. \' Able to improve/ Automate Process and SOP Creation. \' Have to interact with other process Team Leaders and Managers - For better co-ordination. \' Claim Admin Senior Associate, Associate I and II - To Manage the work Training and Quality team members - For Training requirement and any quality related feedback/escalation. \' Have to Interact with Sr. Manager Operations and Quality - For Process related update/issues Company\'s Leadership (India and US) \' Also Coordinate with Settlement Manger (USA) - To get the new projects/understand the project requirement/Any assistance Technical Skills: \' Advance knowledge of MS office applications like MS Excel, MS word and MS PowerPoint. \' Basic SQL & PowerShell Knowledge will be added advantage. \' Accounting Concepts. \' Data analysis, Writing, Project Management Behavioral Skills: \' Project Management \' Training and Development \' Process Improvement \' People Management \' Leadership Skills \' Communication Soft Skills : Communication, Teamwork, Time management, Leadership, Presentation skills, Critical thinking, Depth understanding of US culture, Basic understanding of organization culture and behavior
