Team Lead in the Surat location.
The budget for this position is 7 LPA.
Someone willing to relocate Surat can also be considered for this role. Candidates Holding experience as TEAM LEAD only are preferred. Team Leader (Accounts Receivable/Finance)
What will you do?
- Handling AR team and monitor day to day work of team members. Have to ensure smooth billing and collection process.
- Prepared new starter training materials for AR team.
- Responsible for onboarding new team members on AR principles
- Resolve complex billing issues.
- Created new policies and procedures around AR, cash flow and reconciliation processes Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes.
- Work any outstanding correspondences to make sure they are paid
- Support other departments and personnel in billing processes. Producing frequent information related to collection, financial performance and management reports
- Month-end closing of the billing group information
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to motivate direct reports
- Handling queries of clients regarding payments
- Taking timely follow-up through emails or calls for revenue collection.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- 4 Years+ Experience in the same field.
- Detail oriented with an Accounting background
- Should have a basic understanding of the SAAS billing and collection activity.
- Should be involved in the global collection and Billing process.
- Basic understanding of various ERPs and payment gateway functioning.
