Description & Requirements Position Summary: The Team Lead takes the lead in this new team, as a hands-on developer who also provides a level of line management and co-ordination to the team. The team lead has a dotted line to the R&D senior leadership team, to represent the Hyderabad team and co-ordinate with activities. As a developer, the person also works closely with Business Analysts, Product Owner, Product Managers, QA and Support teams to develop new functionality and provide an excellent experience for our customers and partners. A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Developing new software features and enhancing existing functionality, working within our agile scrum teams, alongside product owner / business analyst, developers, QA, scrum master.
• Our teams are based across the USA, Shanghai China, Manila and India, you may be working in teams with individuals from these localities.
• Providing basic line management and leadership to the India developer team, backed up by the development senior leadership team and local senior management.
• Mentoring and supporting less experienced developers, both directly with code review and indirectly with advice and guidance.
• Supporting product owner in understanding complexity of work, identifying constraints and dependencies and in estimating delivery timescales.

• Strong analytic problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Stack Technologies: Visual Studio, C#, .Net
• Database server development and performance experience (SQL)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with modern development concepts: OOP, CI/CD, SOLID, TDD, API-First
