The ideal candidate will be a strong leader capable of managing a development team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software solutions.

• Lead and manage a team of software developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise in MERN, MEAN stacks, Blockchain, and other relevant technologies.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and security.
• Mentor and support team members, encouraging professional growth and skill enhancement.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, recommending their integration where applicable.
