Overview

We seek an experienced Team Lead to spearhead our sales & operations in & around Kayamkulam branches. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, lead a high-performing team, and ensure seamless branch administration.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Target Achievement:

o Boost sales volume to meet or exceed targets.

o Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Team Management:

o Lead, motivate, and develop a productive team.

o Foster a positive work culture.

Branch Administration:

o Oversee day-to-day operations.

o Ensure compliance with company policies.

Customer Relationship Management:

o Deliver exceptional customer experiences.

o Resolve customer complaints promptly.

Profitability & Financial Management:

o Achieve branch profitability.

o Monitor expenses, manage budgets.

Staff Development & Training:

o Enhance staff skills through training and coaching.

Compliance & Risk Management:

o Adhere to regulatory requirements.

o Mitigate operational risks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in Business Administration/ BCom

3-5 years of experience in similar position with NBFC / NIDHI / Finance Companies.

Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strong analytical and financial management abilities.

Salary hike subject to performance

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
