Overview: We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee our business development efforts in the EdTech sector. This role involves leading a team to identify new opportunities, foster client relationships, and drive growth in a dynamic environment.

Salary: 25,000- 35,000

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead Your Team: Inspire and motivate a team of business development executives to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strategize for Success: Develop and implement effective strategies for client acquisition and retention tailored to our market.
• Monitor Performance: Track team metrics closely, providing personalized coaching and feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
• Foster Collaboration: Create a supportive team culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and open communication.
• Adapt to the Market: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine our approach and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership role within the EdTech sector.
• Strong understanding of the EdTech landscape and customer needs.

Skills:

• Leadership: Proven ability to inspire and guide a team of business development interns to achieve goals.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in Hindi and English, facilitating effective team and client interactions.
• Sales Acumen: Solid understanding of sales strategies and the EdTech landscape to drive results.
• Coaching: Ability to mentor and develop team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Collaboration: Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages innovation and open communication.
