This role involves coordinating with various internal stakeholders, managing team performance, and driving process improvements.What You Will Do1. **Team Leadership:**- Supervise and mentor the Quote Analysis team, providing guidance and support.- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.2. **Quotation Management:**- Launch, manage, and maintain supplier quotations.- Ensure timely and accurate sending of RFQs to suppliers and follow-up for offers.- Oversee the compilation and analysis of supplier quotations.3. **Cost Analysis:**- Perform detailed should costing for mechanical categories.- Collaborate with Category Managers and Product Managers to develop cost models.- Ensure cost analysis aligns with the company\'s financial goals and strategies.4. **Stakeholder Coordination:**- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as NPD Engineers and Category Managers to understand requirements and provide necessary support.- Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers, managing relationships and negotiations.5. **Process Improvement:**- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in quotation and cost analysis.- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team.- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the quotation process.6. **Reporting and Documentation:**- Prepare regular reports on team performance, cost savings, and project statuses.- Ensure all quotation and cost analysis documentation is accurate and up to date.7. **Training and Development:**- Organize training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Encourage continuous learning and professional development within the team.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in a similar role within procurement or supply chain management.- Strong leadership and team management skills.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Proficiency in cost analysis and supplier quotation management.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
