TEAM LEADER(WOMEN)
Role Overview:

We\'re seeking an experienced and motivated female Team Leader to oversee our reservation rent a car process. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in team management, exceptional email communication skills, and expertise in generating and analyzing reports. The candidate will be responsible for training, developing, and leading a team of 20-25 associates to ensure efficient and effective process execution.
We\'re Looking For:
Experienced female Team Leaders who has minimum 1 year proven experience in a Team Leading within the BPO industry. (Preferably from travel industry) Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a knack for inspiring and guiding teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and drive results.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-
on.
Capability to work independently as well as seamlessly within a team.
We\'re looking for someone who can join us immediately.
6 days working, with flexibility to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
