We're currently seeking candidates for a client who is India's premier gold loan platform. They specialize in providing swift and secure gold loans at competitive interest rates, conveniently delivered to customers\' doorsteps through partnerships with top banks in India.Here is a sneak-peek at your role:
  • Ensure minimum 90% of hot leads (leads that are assigned to the field team) are successfully converted to customers (loan disbursed) through real time coordination.
  • Closely work with Inside Sales Team and field sales team to fix customer meetings / branch visits for loan fulfillment.
  • Developing strategies and plans to increase conversions from leads.
  • Providing feedback to the outbound / inbound team on sales, funneling, and conversions to ensure team members achieve the set targets.
  • Take all measures to ensure leads are closed by Inside sales and only the loan fulfillment is done by the field sales team.
  • Coordinate with training team to ensure Inside Sales team is trained as per the process requirement.
  • Share daily / monthly learning report on customer interactions.
  • Create a task list for the Inside Sales daily activities (outbound and inbound) and ensure they are achieved.
  • Evaluate team performance and take necessary measures to improve individual and team performance.
  • Ensure that all team members adhere to the company policies and regulations.
  • Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports and share it with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective relationships with colleagues, key stakeholders, partners to ensure sale target is achieved.
We need someone with:
  • A graduation degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2C lead conversion preferably in lending business line and team handling experience.
  • Prior experience in outbound lead conversion.
  • Experience in lead conversion in lending business line will be an added advantage.
  • Experience of analyzing and interpreting data to plan work effectively.
  • Effective communication and presentation skill.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Able to remain calm in pressurized circumstances.
  • Able to maintain up to date information and retrieve information quickly & accurately to help the process.
  • Excellent planning, organizing and prioritizing skills.
