Directs the development and implementation of systems or enterprise wide solutions, using the company\'s or a third-party\'s products. Oversees the completion of customer solutions and strategies based on the analysis of the customer\'s business goals, objectives, needs, and general business environment. Provides both management and technical leadership. Uses project management tools to estimate projects and monitor the status. Reviews completed proposals for technical integrity, quantification of risk, and strategic direction prior to presentation to customer. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
