Job Title: Procurement - GPE
Department: BBS Procurement
Role Purpose Statement
Individual must have good knowledge of sourcing & procurement. Resource has to work with GPE team to provide strategic & operational support on Procurement Transformation Projects.
Key Interfaces: Internal – External
Internal: Procurement Directors, Procurement leads, Category Leads, IT team etc.

Main Accountabilities
Responsibilities

• Will be responsible to provide strategic & operational support procurement transformation projects.
• Will be responsible to share analytic view and visibility of procurement data.
• Will be responsible for Price Benchmarking/Variance/Evaluation.
• Will be responsible to provide operational support procurement transformation projects.
• Will be responsible to share analytic view and visibility of procurement data.
• Should be able to do multiple assignments at one time and share regular updates
• Procurement performance indicators, from extraction and data transformation/enrichment to visualization in dashboards and advanced analysis tools.
• Must have Good knowledge of end to end Sourcing & Procurement. Also exposure on e-Procurement tools.
• Experience working in corporate environments with a technology background.
• Building strong relationships and collaboration, managing trusted stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
• Participate in various larger team transformation Projects.
• Continuously looking for opportunities to learn, build skills and share learning both internally and externally.
• Stabilisation of data sources.
• Must have exposure in spend analytics and strategic sourcing.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 05-07 Years of experience in a complex organization, with a strong Analytics/Market Intelligence/Sourcing background.
• Understanding of procurement, including tendering, negotiation and contract management.
• Experience in advance Excel (VBA),Power Point
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
• Substantial relevant experience in a complex organization, with a strong purchasing background.
• Strong understanding of different categories & sourcing strategies
• Understanding of principles and the application of e-Procurement technologies and understanding of SAP and SRM
• Global procurement experience is an added advantage
