Quality Daily Activities
• Daily sorting report / result sent to customer.
• Day to day customer interaction with respect to previous inspection / sorting results
• Daily Shift plan based on requirement & Manpower management.
• Assignment audits follow up.
• Inspection / sorting traceability verification
• New assignment training
• Assignment file & QMS follow-up
• Site Assignment tracker must be updated within one day ( After completion of activity )for closed reports including supportive documents. Weekly Activities
• Site expenses account closing.
• Vendor Tracker updating and payment follow up.
• Weekly attendance sent to Management.
• Site wise Manpower Requirements updating to HR team.
• New Manpower recruitment based on requirement
• Site requirements stock status & Uniform tracker updating in zoho tracker.
• New thoughts and site fun moments sharing to management. Monthly Activities o Site assignment tracker updating (Along with monthly reports including TA & Other claims)
• Submit all the bills, it may be debit from customer.
• Site attendance with clear OT/ TA /other Allowance tracking along with leave forms.
• Site expense submission and next month's requirement forecast.
• Site performance o Monthly Customer complaints & Special Approval Tracker updating
• Any new customer & Host contact if any. Customer concern
• Internal and external customer concern ICA (Interim corrective action)- within 2 hrs
• Internal and external customer concerns PCA(Permanent corrective action) - within one day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?16,500.00 per month
