About the Role :- We are looking for a Team Lead- Referral Marketing to lead and scale our referral marketing efforts by managing a team of Referral Marketing Associates. This role is pivotal in driving referral-led growth, optimizing engagement strategies, and enhancing conversion rates through a structured and data-driven approach.- The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a strong people manager, and an execution expert with a passion for community-driven marketing.Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 4-5 Referral Marketing Associates, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.- Strategic Referral Growth: Develop and execute innovative strategies to maximize learner referrals and improve conversion rates.- Community Engagement & Advocacy: Foster strong relationships with Scaler learners to enhance brand advocacy and drive word-of-mouth marketing.- Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor referral performance metrics, analyse trends, and implement data-driven improvements.- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and learner success teams to enhance referral impact.- Incentive & Rewards Management: Optimize referral incentives to ensure high participation, retention, and ROI.Requirements:- 3-5 years of experience in referral marketing, community management, growth marketing, or related roles.
