Required Candidate Profile:
\xef\x82\xb7 Self sufficient and self motivated to succeed in sales
\xef\x82\xb7 Professionalism, integrity, responsibility and accountability
\xef\x82\xb7 Comprehensive real estate sales knowledge and experience.
\xef\x82\xb7 Must have excellent communication and leadership skill.
Roles & Responsibilities -
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to drive and achieve sales along with team as per organizational
target
\xef\x82\xb7 Responsible for the team\'s calling customers regarding projects, giving
presentation and completing sales.
\xef\x82\xb7 Providing Training and guidance to team as and when required.
\xef\x82\xb7 Make sure team members complete their visit & booking targets
\xef\x82\xb7 Take daily, weekly & monthly team review
Company will provide each employee with
1. Joining Kit - Basic Stationery + Laptop
2. Highly Qualified Leads - Google & other relevant sources
3. Weekly Project Training.
