Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end domestic IT recruitment for contractual staffing

• Interview candidates to assess their communication and technical skills as per client requirements

• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and follow up for feedback on processed profiles

• Schedule telephonic and face-to-face interviews for short-listed candidates

• Negotiate salaries and finalize selected candidates

• Maintain recruitment details and database

• Manage client stakeholders

• Lead a team of 3 recruiters

Experience:

• 3-5 years in domestic IT recruitment for contractual staffing and stakeholder/client management

• Previous experience as a senior recruiter with the willingness to grow into a team lead role

Requirements Requirements:

• Proven experience in domestic IT recruitment

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations

• Leadership and team management skills
