SCM EBSC

EBSC, SCM is part of Global Manufacturing ensures to maintain the required system updates in SAP MM & SAP TM and communicate with stakeholders globally which relates Inbound Transportation, Outbound Operations & other shipments. It should have 100% timely deliverables to all stakeholders along with process initiatives. The department is operating Globally, so an International Experience will be added an advantage. We are looking for required skilled personals who are well structured, well organized and ready to work in an International Environment with many Cultural Differences. You need to be able to handle large amount of data/operations, coordinating with various stake holders.

Responsibilities

• Capable of Leading a team, Demonstrating leadership & Management skills
• Should be good at SAP MM Module, should be good in P2P and Supply chain
• Prepare reports, schedules and analysis that may be required by the Assistant Financial Controller/Director of Finance.
• Participating in Project and rollout calls and meetings and ensuring delivery of tasks related to projects in a timely and efficient manner.
• Driving the team to focus and Achieve the KPI
• Root Cause Analysis for Parked and Blocked invoices for on time Payment
• Works on driving Process improvements in the process and Efficiency in the ways of working.
• To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Accounts Payable Section through payments of liabilities as per standards
• Respond to queries, by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reconcile vendor statements, GIRIR clearing and Debit balances
• Ensure quality of AP processes, handling of all not compliant and not standard processes Globally
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a global environment
• Continuous Improvement activities/Drive the projects & Process
• Manage multiple Stakeholder including both internal and external
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes

• Fluent in English communication (Oral & Written)
• Flexible regarding work hours to support different global regions
• Self-Driven, Structured and organized to deliver within deadlines.
• Strong Knowledge on P2P Process
