1 Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure successful system implementations and process optimization.



2 Communicate with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions for process improvements and best practices.



3 Collaborate with Manager and Lead process mapping and improvements to align clients' business workflows across inventory, finance, and eCommerce operations.



4 Analyze financial data from inventory and accounting systems, preparing accurate financial statements and reports and make strategic recommendations to enhance the client's financial health



5 Mentor and manage the internal team on system usage and resolving client issues.



6 Provide training to clients on new systems and the best operational practices.



7 Work with the Manager to Implement and integrate inventory management systems and accounting platforms



8 Oversee Ongoing Integrations status and transactional sync between accounting systems with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon).



9 Oversee advanced accounting processes, including complex financial transactions and reconciliations.



10 Manage inventory control and ensure accurate inventory valuation.



11 Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

### Requirements

• 1 CMA or CA (Preferred) with Advanced Inventory skills and Tools knowledge
• 2 Advanced accounting, inventory management, and financial statement preparation.
• 3 Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• 4 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 5 Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• 6 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• 7 Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and standards
• 8 Knowledge of using accounting software - Xero / QBO / Sage / Business Central
• 9 Expertise in inventory management systems - (Cin7 / Business Central)
• 10 Experience with systems implementation and Integrations
• 11Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• 12 Detail-oriented and highly organized.
