Job Description
Position : Team Lead- Should have experience in customer support, to solve query or escalation of card (debit/credit)- Should be preferably from Telecom/StartupExperience : 8+ yrsAge : 27 yrsWorking days - 6 DaysRoles & Responsibilities :- Supervise and mentor a team of inside sales representatives.- Set clear performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.- Conduct regular training sessions to improve team skills and product knowledge- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.- Monitor daily activities and ensure the team meets individual and collective KPIs.- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
