Job Description
The Role of the Team Lead is to manage the Group of Manager ,Associate Manager and Team Member in ensuring the delivery of KPI as per SLA-OLA agreed with the respective Sector ( Polymer / Polyester / FID/ Aromatic / Elastomer).Timely ensuring the compliance embeded with the transactions.Ensuring the various external compliance relating to Export , namely, Custom , Excise FEMA and RBI compliance.Business partnering and customer support.Ensuring timely negotiation of export documents in-line with LC / payment terms without discrepancy and coordinate with bank for payment against the documents.Business Partnering - Supporting the Business in achieving the over business goal by providing the required inputs / MIS.Responsible for reviewing, improving and redesigning business processes as part of continuous improvement -Service delivery to Business.Qualification: CA (Not more than 3 attempts)
