- On time delegation of EC field engineers
- Recruitment of site engineers
- Training and development management
- Productivity and time sheet management
- Implementation of relevant delegation procedures, guidelines, and instructions
- The role will report to the Head of EC
- Bachelors degree - Technical background (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or similar)
- Global Mobility experience and knowledge will be an advantage.
- High motivation to develop new ideas, fast learner, quick adaption to the environment and deep diving ability.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, result oriented with a team player mindset.
- 5 to 10 years of work experience in power generation and transmission projects as an advantage
- Previous experience of leading or supervising a team as an advantage
- International language like German will be an advantage.
