These new products will help our customers to manage their work-life smart, safe, and in a fully sustainable way - from arranging convenient overnight stays to booking flexible workplaces and making payments on the go, the intelligent mobile companion comprises all essentials needed to make travel hassle-free, rewarding and above all CO2 neutral. The position is located as an important interface between the needs of customers, external partners and collaborates closely with product management, UX/UI, and other Product Owners within HRSCHALLENGE

  • Define strategy & provide service excellence in the enterprise level JAVA applications development unit
  • Engage regularly with key stakeholders to review service levels & provide education on our technical platforms
  • Build trusted relationships with the unit leadership, with key stakeholders in HRS , and with key technology programs
  • Ensure level of quality for developments, Support the development team with your expertise
  • Lead an Agile Scrum team of 15-18 members to develop and maintain excellent software products.
  • Be a strong, confident, and exacting writer and speaker, able to communicate your vision and roadmap effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders
  • Always look for potential solutions to solve problems
  • Proactively discuss and consult the Product Owners and other stakeholders at Head Quarter to ensure that the technical point of view is brought into consideration while planning and growing the products.
  • Collaborate with other responsible people for the relevant products to ensure that the technical solution is optimum and best fit to the latest cloud architecture.
  • Manage and support team members
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
  • At least 5 years of experience in programming software using Java, modern cloud software architectures, and related technologies
  • Event driven architectures using AWS services
  • Experience in leading an Agile Scrum team of 15+ Engineers and other team members to develop products.
  • Experience implementing and running high-performing containerized applications at scale with ECS or Kubernetes Experience with Agile SCRUM development method and managing a Scrum team
  • Solid knowledge and experiences with OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns
  • Experience with standard software qualities
  • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Keen on details
  • Fluency in English, spoken and write
