Job Description

: * Including designing of enterprise class structure, data and application framework model.

• Ensure best possible designs (performance, scalability) of Pega applications / solution compliant with Pega best practices, coding standards, guardrails, UI standards and client\'s corporate standards.
• Lead the technical team independently
• Interacting with Business users whenever required

• Lead the technical team independently
• Interacting with Business users whenever required
• Adherence to Pega development guardrails as well as the original design principles.
• Create Pega centralized support infrastructure, the centralized reusable components and architecture.
• Coach and Mentor technical team members.
• Ensure Pega application/ solution is scalable & robust through code/design reviews.
• Work closely with the LSA & Product Owner in ensuring that project adheres to coding standards, guidelines, guardrails as set by Ford DPA COE.
• Technical understanding of interface/ integration technologies and deep understanding of customer\'s needs so that they can be transformed into project design & implementation

Qualifications:Required Skills:

• Pega Solution / Components Development Experience on Pega 8.x (PEGA Infinity)
• Project Implementation and design experience on Pega.
• Minimum of 8 years to 10 years of experience in a similar role as Pega Lead.
• A Pega CSSA Certification is mandatory.
• Automobile/Manufacturing industry experience.
• Used to work in a GCC (Global Capability Centers).
• Understanding and knowledge of current & enterprise wide technologies including Open Source, web application development and databases (DB/2, Oracle, SQL)
• Agile / Scrum project experience is mandatory

• Certification - CSA & CSSA on Pega 7.x/8.x.
