Position: Team Lead .NET Developer (6-8 Years Experience)

Location: [Mohali]

Responsibilities:

• Expertise and experience in Dot Net Technologies.
• Carefully analyze the project and rectify the errors found in the process.
• Undergoing the process of analysis in order to fulfill the requirement of system wide.
• Build Technical Road map for the project and execute. Contribute to design architecture for any new functionalities enhancements new projects etc
• Developing new customer-facing experiences and features.
• Hands-on coding and prototyping of specific concepts and functionality.
• Implementing the best practices and coding standards of the project.
• Use latest technologies for meeting non-functional requirements such as latency, throughput, scaling, availability, fault tolerance, and observability
• Work with Agile/Scrum based development process
• Provide Validate estimates for the ongoing Dev or during any new enhancements projects RFPs etc.
• Hands-On experience on Aasp.net, MVC, .Net , C# and Agile best practices.
• Utilize technical expertise and work on Operations Development as needed Analyze existing code for defects raised by the QA team and provide timely fixes Take care of Build Activities Daily QA UAT Ad-hoc Prod for the various releases
• Contributing to talent hiring, and org-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Proven 4 to 5 years of experience in software development
• Hands-On experience on Aasp.net, MVC, .Net , C# and Agile best practices.
• Ability to analyze, design and build object-oriented, component-based applications in a

Windows/Web/internet delivery environment

• Extensive experience in the design, planning, and implementation of complex large-scale enterprise solutions using distributed teams within a process-oriented organization.
• Involved in at least two project life cycles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?100,000.00 per month
