This role involves team management, Work allocation, Retention, escalation management and supporting the Super LBU customers. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Lead, Customer Success.Preferred Functional Knowledge:

  • Reporting and good knowledge in excel.
Key Responsibility:
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to
  • the customer success team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review goals, performance, and customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Product Development, support etc) to align
  • customer success strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and feedback.
  • Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles
  • Retention and case management.
Qualification and Experience:
  • Any Bachelor\'s degree
  • Proven experience in a customer success or similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and metrics.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
  • Experience with customer success software and tools is a plus.
