Job Title:- Team Lead - Network Operations Location:- Bangalore Job Summary: As a Network Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of network professionals and ensuring the organization\'s network infrastructure is reliable, secure, and efficient. You will play a critical role in network planning, design, implementation, and maintenance, as well as troubleshooting network-related issues. Additionally, you will collaborate with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless network integration with various systems and applications. Responsibilities: Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and technicians.
Set clear team goals and objectives and monitor progress.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
Provide guidance and training to team members.
Network Design and Implementation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess network requirements and design solutions.
Plan and execute network infrastructure projects, including hardware and software upgrades.
Ensure network scalability, redundancy, and high availability.
Network Maintenance and Monitoring:
Oversee the day-to-day network operations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Implement network monitoring tools and processes to proactively identify and address potential problems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates and patches.
Security and Compliance:
Implement and enforce network security policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Vendor Management:

Qualifications:
Any Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
8+ years of experience in network administration or engineering.
Proven experience in team leadership and management.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and firewall technologies.
Familiarity with network security best practices and tools.
Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong project management skills.
