We are looking for a talented candidate with proven leadership skills that can effectively manage Textrons current environment. As a successful candidate you will be able to use your leadership skills and technical background to ensure effective & efficient management and coordinating activities for all Textron enterprise cybersecurity operations, administration, and maintenance systems. You will lead a team of cyber analysts and external suppliers while coordinating with business leaders to develop and deliver solutions that provide the backbone for the Textron enterprise. The selected candidate will have strong analytical skills, be self-starting, and have a desire to learn new technology at a rapid pace.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESxc2xb7 Collaborate with leaders in Infrastructure and Security across the Textron Enterprise to identify requirements and deliver best practices in cyber securityxc2xb7 Lead a high performing team with superior technical depth and outstanding customer relationship skills, ensuring talent development and hiring new talentxc2xb7 Collaborate with IT and HR Management to establish strategies for identifying and recruiting top talent from universities, as well as developing talent rotation plans to enhance workforce capabilitiesxc2xb7 Responsible for administrative and technical supervision of cyber security solutions and projects; providing on time task and project deliveryxc2xb7 Set up performance goals for team members, evaluate performance, provide coaching and facilitate professional developmentxc2xb7 Ensure effective documentation is maintained for cyber security systems and schedulesxc2xb7 Maintain a technical road map for the future vision of cybersecurity operations, administration and maintenancexc2xb7 Strong emphasis on service delivery and end user customer satisfactionxc2xb7 Maintain all security solutions for the enterprise (patching, performance monitoring, troubleshooting)xc2xb7 Engage with internal customers and vendors to ensure services are meeting demandsxc2xb7 Administer and operate security controls and measures to protect the organization's sensitive data, systems, and networksxc2xb7 Prepare and test disaster recovery of critical enterprise security solutionsxc2xb7 Facilitate and provide reliable on-call support to address critical issues promptlyxc2xb7 Experienced in taking ownership of processes and tools, ensuring their effective implementation and continuous improvementQualificationsEDUCATION/EXPERIENCExc2xb7 Masters or bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.xc2xb7 6+ years of relevant experience in Cyber Securityxc2xb7 Strong leadership skillsxc2xb7 Ability to explain complicated technical initiatives to non-technical stakeholdersxc2xb7 Certifications related to Cyber Security / ITIL is a plusSKILLS/COMPETENCIESxc2xb7 A high level of personal integrity with the ability to handle confidential matters.xc2xb7 Demonstrated understanding of incident response processes, cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and network exploits.xc2xb7 Working knowledge of security monitoring, security event and incident management systems, Internet content filtering/reporting, and malware prevention.xc2xb7 Familiar with common server and authentication technologies.xc2xb7 Practical experience with anti-virus, firewall, intrusion detection/prevention, web security technologies and server vulnerability management.xc2xb7 Proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum.xc2xb7 Skilled in automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.xc2xb7 Experience in security orchestration or workflow automation tool.xc2xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.xc2xb7 Knowledge of Cybersecurity Risk Managementxc2xb7 Demonstrated effective communication skills (written and verbal).xc2xb7 Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and partners.xc2xb7 Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands and learn new skills on the job.
