We leverage new technologies and find innovative methods to ensure that Lowe\'s has a competitive edge in the market.Job SummaryThe Asset Protection team under the Store Operations function is looking to leverage the SSC-B to support Front End team in analyzing Store and Cashier Behaviors.The Asset Protection Video Analytic Lead will supervise and support the Asset Protection Video Analytic Specialists. The team lead will audit the specialists\' reviews, gather data, create recaps with suggestions for improvement and submit them to Store Operations, Asset Protection, and Investigations key stakeholders to review and provide recommendations on the process improvement.This position will be the main touchpoint between Corporate Asset Protection and Store Operations Team at SSC-B and SSC-M end. They will provide training for new contractors, or as needed, as well as new Video Analytic Specialist(s). They will also be responsible for assisting Specialists with reviews/alerts due to volume or as needed for coaching.They will be responsible for testing and piloting consecutive Projects within Asset Protection.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support to the specialist teams and be able to perform all specialist duties when needed.Consolidate feedback from the specialist team to identify opportunities with technology, systems, policies, procedures, etc., and escalate to the manager.Communicate with stores AP and/or other business groups through multiple channels.Continuous learning of front-end systems, store, products, and gathering associate feedbackMaintain up-to-date training (case management platform, CCTV, policies, and procedures, required training courses, etc.)Maintain scheduling of specialist teams to ensure reviews are completed in a timely manner.Be part of other new projects that relate to Store Asset ProtectionCoaching & training new team members with the necessary skills required for Video review.Team management and driving effective productivity.Evaluating and developing people to effectively manage performance, fill talent gaps and help meet both personal and organizational goals.Primary Skills (must have)Key Skillset: CCTV, store systems i.e., receipt review, investigative skills, Power Point, Data Analytics, People Management and Communication.5-7 years of work experienceExperience with MicrosoftOffice, i.e., Word, Excel, OutlookAbility to work alone or with the team to accomplish goals.Experience conducting quality reviews/audits.Experience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentExperience in video analytics and video reviewExperience in using physical security systems (e.g., CCTV, EAS).Maintain confidentiality.People Management and Flexible scheduleLowe\'s is an equal opportunity employer and administers all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religious creed, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, or local law.
