Job Description

Position Summary:The role is responsible for the Assembly of Machines & Sub Assemblies in co-ordination with Planning and Purchase based on the Master Plan, to deliver Sub Assembly/Machine on time & ensure no defects in the next stage.Work Youll Do:

• Daily planning of work allocation to the team
• Building sub-assemblies & machines as per the master schedule
• Ensure quality of workmanship as per SOP
• Ensure stock accuracy & daily material issues in the ERP system.
• Ensure labor booking in the ERP system for respective teams daily.
• Update Daily Management Sheet for their respective Zones.
• Responsible for 5 s & proper housekeeping at their respective Zone
• Maintain records/documents as per the needs of ISO.
• Ensure 0" accidents in the assembly process.
• Perform Shift Responsibility for All Assembly Bays
• Train/develop the junior team of assemblers for productive output with reliability/quality.
