Join us on a mission that matters - one team, one fight.About the Role:CrowdStrike India is looking for an experienced accounting professional with hands-on experience in Fixed Asset accounting. This will be an interesting and challenging set of responsibilities as our organization continues to grow in both size and complexity.What You\'ll Do:Prepare and record asset, liability, and expenses entries by compiling and analysing account informationProcess, monitor and review the accounting activity for Fixed assets including but not limited to asset addition, deletion, transfer and reclassification.Timely closure of books of account, to include timely depreciation run and manual journal entries, if required.Prepare reports and financial presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing financial information.Review the CIP balances periodically and ensure accurate & timely capitalization to cost accounts.Work with the Tech Ops team to timely identify the asset impairment.To gather the CIP data and assess the forecasted usage of CIP balances.Prepare account reconciliations for balance sheet accounts to support recorded balances and track activityPrepare the FA roll-forward file to confirm the accuracy of movement in the balances.Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the FA transactions are appropriately accounted for.Participate in the monthly accounting close process and MoM variances based on trendMonitor the system controls, procedures and compliance with the policies applicable to Fixed Assets process. Assist in statutory audit works of public listed companiesInvolved in finalization of statutory audit of financial statementsAssist in development and documentation of processes and procedures, monitoring of internal controls and identification of opportunities for efficienciesPerform accouting processes in compliance with SOXAd hoc projects, as deemed necessaryWhat You\'ll Need:Strong written & oral communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlinesMust be detail-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks at the same timeAble to review and analyze a process, recommend and implement improvementsStrong Microsoft Office skills, especially ExcelMBA Finance with 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Fixed Asset Accounting.C.A.
