The team supports all the regions globally (US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM and Canada), and is based out of Hyderabad and GurugramFX Return Investigations identifies researches and resolves any return arising post settlement of FX Trades and incoming and outgoing payments related to FX products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Investigations and resolution of swift messages related to Foreign Exchange Return TransactioResponsibilitiesPerform Investigation of incoming and outgoing swift messages. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all e-mails are actioned and cleared by EOD. \xe2\x80\xa2 Clearly understand the Case input process & expertise in opening/closing of cases \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with banks/depts to ensure timely action and closure of case \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure to clear the Return Cases within the SLA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all payment/swift message queues are cleared at EOD. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with banks/internal teams to ensure timely action and closure of case. \xe2\x80\xa2 Escalation/prioritization of aged/high value cases. \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding the best practices which minimizes risk & time. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure all payment/swift message queues are cleared at EOD . \xe2\x80\xa2 Processing swifts/payments with 100% accuracy without incurring loss to the bank \xe2\x80\xa2 Re-effect the payments based on instructions received.Requirements

• Education : B.Com / MBA
• Certifications If any : Any certifications in market related areas
• Experience Range 2-3 yrs

Foundational skills:Swift MT103, MT202, MT199 and FX currency rulesWillingness to work in Night ShiftsDesired skills:FX Background preferredWork Timings: 6.30 PM to 3.30 AMJob Location: Hyderabad
