TEAM COORDINATOR - CONTROL CENTER (Ambulance)
Location : Cochin
Qualification: Any Graduates
Experience : Min 2 - 3 years of experience in coordinator control center
Salary : 25K - 35K
Gender: Male/Female
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Supervision: Lead, mentor, and supervise the Control Center team
Operational Oversight: Oversee the posting of online enquiries, email management, database maintenance, and document uploading
Coordination and Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the Control Center and other departments, including Ground Ambulance (GA) and Medical Operations.
Quality Control: Ensure that all sales confirmations, cost and availability checks
Training and Development: Identify training needs within the team
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise within the Control Center
Reporting :- Compile and submit regular reports on Control Center activities, team performance
Process Improvement: implementing new strategies to enhance productivity and service quality.
