• Real time experience in Analysis, Design, Development, Migration, Integration and Testing of TeamConnect application.
• Should have experience in proposing new innovation ideas which will enhance TeamConnect application, participating in estimation, staffing analysis and solution in order to provide inputs for preparing solution delivery of the proposal.
• Participating in discussions with customers to gather scope information and performs analysis of scope information in order to provide inputs for project scope documentation.
• Prepare a detailed schedule for work packet by carefully analysing the effort and dependencies and provide inputs to overall project schedule in order to ensure on time delivery of project.
• Participate in requirement elicitation process defined in the project management plan to identify requirement gaps/issues both (functional and non-functional) in order to come up with a comprehensive requirement document.
• Ability to provide demonstration to the business/client on the architecture overview, functional flow about the product/module.
• Skills to performs high and low level design, providing pseudo codes, implements the prototype and does design reviews in order to deliver design documents as per business requirement.
• Experience in architecture reviews sessions to provide inputs to architecture team through framework analysis, design patterns, prototype specifications in order to able to create high level design specification.
• Provide inputs for overall implementation plan, lead deployment of application and post production support activities.
• Ability to review the production issues analysis and fixes, interface with customer to clarify issues in order to ensure issue fixes in timely manner and with minimal production impact as per SLA.

Desired / Preferred Skills:

• Strong domain knowledge in Legal Technologies, Litigation Management, Enterprise Matter Management & Legal Operations
• Minimum 2 years of experience in TeamConnect & Collaborati
• Effective Product knowledge and experience in TeamConnect application core development.
• Demonstrated basic proficiency with the following: Java and JavaScript, Web Services, RDBMS DDL & SQL, Web services, contiguous integrations.
• Worked on Document Management, International eBilling
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Review business requirement and the feasibility.
• Problem solving, RCA skills.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to reason logically and provide innovative solutions.
• The resource should have good knowledge of Core Java, Javascript, J2EE HTML, XML which are the underlying technologies for TeamConnect Excellent communication & collaboration skills.
