Students seek help from a teacher whenever they need advice, guidance and support in academic as well as personal life. A teacher motivates the students and helps them to navigate the challenges they face. Analysing and Evaluation: A teacher should know how to evaluate the students and give feedback to them so that they can improve their performance. Correct evaluation and analysis of a student is very important to help them learn from their mistakes and grow. A teacher should be committed to her ethics and motivate students through the evaluation rather than criticising for poor performance. Continuous learner: A teacher not only guides a student in learning but also works on self by continuously learning and enhancing skills. The teacher can do this by attending workshops, opting for further education and even by participating in professional programmes. Learning is not only possible through professional courses but also from fellow mates and even students. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9,000.00 - 12,000.00 per month Benefits:
