Job Brief -

We are looking for a committed Teacher to complement our qualified workforce of educators. You will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school\'s requirements. It will be fundamental to provide knowledge and instruction to students while also helping them develop their personalities and skills.

Open Position: * PGT Chemistry (Class 8-12)

• TGT Hindi (Class 4-10)
• TGT Psychology (Class up to 10)
• Admission Counsellor
• Front desk office/receptionist

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
• Create and distribute educational content (notes, summaries, assignments etc.)
• Assess and record students\' progress and provide grades and feedback
• Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events
• Observe and understand students\' behaviour and psyche and report suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience as a teacher and Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized and committed
• Master\'s Degree in Chemistry with a certificate in education (B.Ed.)

2. TGT Hindi (Class 4-10)

• Teach students basic Hindi skills and develop Hindi culture.
• Teach students how to appreciate literature and poetry.
• Conduct various programmes like seminars, elocution, essay writing, quizzes, debates, group discussions, theatre and drama to encourage students the use language skills.
• Engage students with live role plays for active learning.
• Evaluate the student\'s knowledge through various exams like tests, assessments and assignments as per the curriculum requirements.
• Update with the teaching strategies and techniques for better content delivery.
• Maintain good rapport with the parents and discuss the student\'s issues.
• Dedicate to the overall welfare of the students and the growth of the institution

3. TGT Psychology (Class up to 10)

School Psychologist Responsibilities:

• Listening to students\' concerns about academic, emotional or social issues.
• Providing individual and group counselling as appropriate.
• Administering and evaluating psychological tests and preparing reports.
• Helping students to process and overcome their problems.
• Assisting students with the development of goals and action plans.
• Engaging and counselling teachers, parents, and caregivers about issues.
• Researching and implementing intervention programs.
• Developing programs to address behavioural issues and learning difficulties.
• Assessing and diagnosing students to determine eligibility for special services.
• Participating in continuing professional development.

School Psychologist Requirements:

• Specialist or master\'s degree in school psychology or psychology.
• Experience providing psychological assessment and counselling to students.
• Good working knowledge of mental health and the treatment of affective and behavioural disorders.

4. Admission Counsellor

Looking for Female candidates only

• Prior experience working as an admission counsellor in schools must
• Experience working with CBSE/IB School will be an advantage
• Good in communication both verbal & writing

5 . Front desk office/receptionist

Looking for Female candidates only

• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Providing administrative support to school principals by managing their calendars and arranging meetings with staff members.
• Coordinating school events such as parent meetings, school plays, and field trips.
