Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:

Design and implement training modules for teachers on pedagogy, assessment techniques, and classroom engagement. Stay updated with the latest educational trends, tools, and technologies. Adapt training materials to cater to different learning styles and teaching environments.

Facilitation and Delivery:

Conduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on training sessions for educators. Use interactive teaching techniques to enhance engagement and retention. Provide constructive feedback and performance evaluations to teachers.

Mentorship and Coaching:

Observe classroom teaching and offer personalized coaching sessions. Support teachers in implementing innovative teaching strategies. Provide guidance on student engagement, lesson planning, and learning assessments.

Evaluation and Improvement:

Assess the impact of training programs through feedback and performance analysis. Continuously refine training content to ensure effectiveness and relevance. Recommend improvements based on teacher feedback and observed classroom outcomes.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with school administrators, curriculum designers, and education stakeholders. Participate in education conferences and workshops to enhance professional development. Maintain clear communication with educators to address their training needs.
