Job Title: Teacher Trainer

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Teacher Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in education, a deep understanding of pedagogy, and a proven track record in training and developing educators.

Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for teachers on effective teaching methodologies, classroom management, and innovative teaching techniques.

Act as the primary point of contact for educators, principals, and schools, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication.

Travel to various schools and educational institutions to conduct training sessions, attend meetings, and provide on-site support.

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the professional development of teachers.

Provide ongoing support and mentorship to teachers, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment.

Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in education, incorporating them into training programs.

Collaborate with school leadership to identify areas for improvement and tailor training sessions accordingly.

Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance evaluations.

Organize workshops, seminars, and conferences to promote continuous learning among teachers.

Create and update training materials, resources, and curriculum content.

Act as a liaison between teachers and management to address concerns and facilitate communication.

Stay informed about curriculum updates, educational policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.

Proven experience as a Teacher Trainer or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of educational principles, pedagogy, and classroom management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to tailor training programs to meet the diverse needs of educators.

Innovative and adaptable, with a passion for continuous learning.

Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in education.

Strong organizational and presentation skills.

Certification in Teacher Training is an advantage.
