• Instruction and Curriculum Delivery:
+ Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans aligned with the IGCSE Mathematics curriculum.
+ Teach mathematics concepts in a clear and approachable manner, catering to diverse learning styles.
+ Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support to help students achieve their academic goals.
• Classroom Management:
+ Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and respect.
+ Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to enhance student learning.
+ Manage classroom behavior and address any issues promptly and professionally.
• Assessment and Evaluation:
+ Design and administer assessments, assignments, and examinations to evaluate student understanding and performance.
+ Maintain accurate records of student grades, attendance, and progress.
+ Provide individualized support and intervention for students as needed.
• Professional Development:
+ Stay current with developments in mathematics education and IGCSE curriculum changes.
+ Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the development of departmental strategies and goals.
• Collaboration and Communication:
+ Work closely with colleagues to coordinate instruction and support student learning.
+ Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administrators regarding academic progress and concerns.
+ Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school-related activities.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field; Master's degree or teaching certification is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience teaching mathematics, preferably in an international or IGCSE setting.
• Skills:
+ Strong knowledge of the IGCSE Mathematics curriculum and assessment methods.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans and instructional materials.
+ Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
