Teacher required in PlayNLearn Graduate female only Loaction : Mumbai & Chennai BEd must Female only Salary : 25000-30000PM Manage productivity and efficiency of the assigned area of responsibility Motivate and lead venue Team Members to achieve KPI targets Oversee and encourage in-venue sales of programmes or packages, ensure upselling effort being done accordingly Act as edutainment mentor in PNL venue, facilitating the STEAM-MIDAS programmes according to guidelines. Job Purpose Fun and Remarkable Venue Supervisor also known as STAR MENTOR to lead the edutainment programs & activities of our Play \'N\' Learn venue. Job Level Supervisor Age range: Ideally 25 - 30 years old Education: B.ed, Teaching background Languages: Good level of English and Local language Qualifications & experience: Must LOVE interacting with children and love to have Fun! Must be passionate about nurturing children and contributing to their development Must be driven to deliver best of class service quality and Guest experience to create memorable moments for our Guests Must believe in partnering with your team and develop them to deliver desired Guest experiences Must have relevant experience in education/edutainment area Must be confident to converse in English Must be flexible to work in a retail environment involving various shifts Having experience in children education/enrichment Personal characteristics: Fun loving Service attitude - Guest Obsessed Teamwork approach - Partner Result oriented - Remarkable Responsible and honest - Real Problem solving skills Able to handle pressure Attention to details Good communication skills Leadership skills STAR MENTOR & Competence Profile Give feedback on educational concept and execution that is provided by the consultant. Liaise with T-Stars in design and delivery of inhouse training programs for Star Squad. Verify that consumables for each lesson are complete and enough for the daily operations. Monitor Star Scout\'s performance and attendance; Monitor all Team Members performance, appearance, and attendance; Provide coaching and recognition or disciplinary memos when necessary. Maintain venue daily check lists and verify that Star Scouts are accomplishing them, immediately report any incidents/concerns that require immediate action (i.e equipment repairs, consumables replenishment, etc.) Ensure that Star Scouts are trained for their assigned duty. Monitor the roster of Star Scouts, ensuring that all shifts, breaks, rest days are covered, and ensure their appearance according to grooming standard.
