We are looking for passionate and dedicated female teachers to join our team for grades 1st to 5th. The ideal candidates will have expertise in their respective subjects, effective classroom management skills, and a nurturing approach to foster young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Subject-Specific Teaching:
• Develop and deliver interactive and age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Create engaging activities and assessments to strengthen students' foundational knowledge.
• Provide individual attention to address the learning needs of each student.
• Classroom Management:
• Maintain a supportive, organized, and disciplined classroom environment.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere to encourage learning.
• Creative Teaching:
• Utilize modern teaching methods, tools, and technology to enhance the learning experience.
• For Art Teacher: Conduct creative art activities to boost students' imagination and skills.
• Student Development:
• Identify and support the individual strengths and weaknesses of each student.
• Motivate students to actively participate in classroom activities and discussions.
• Parent and Staff Interaction:
• Communicate regularly with parents to share updates on students' progress and performance.
• Collaborate with other teachers for curriculum planning and co-curricular activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant subject (B.Ed. preferred).
• Specialized qualifications for Art teachers will be an added advantage.
• Experience:
• 1-3 years of teaching experience is preferred.
• Freshers with strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching may also apply.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity, especially for Art teachers.
• Patience, empathy, and a student-centered teaching approach.
