Job Description
Teacher Assistant - Middle School (Grades 4-8)
The responsibilities are mentioned as under:
- Implement a comprehensive educational program for all subjects.
- Create engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Assess and record students' progress and provide grades and feedback.
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to enhance student learning.
- Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field; Master's preferred.
- Valid teaching certification for grades 4-8 (all subjects including Hindi and Sanskrit)
- Proven experience in teaching multiple subjects at the middle school level.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and stimulating learning environment.
